Sometimes you may need to report something to AutoGrab that does not seem to be working correctly. There are several ways you can get in touch with the Support Team at AutoGrab.
In App Support
If you are using any of the AutoGrab applications, you can always use the General Support button to contact the team. This is the ? button found in the top right next to your initials/profile picture. When you click on this ?, one of the options you will see will be "Contact Support". The below form will then open.
This form will auto-fill many of the fields for you. In the Feedback field at the bottom, you can describe the issue you are experiencing. For a smooth customer experience, put as much of the following information into the feedback as you can. We'd recommend;
- The URL, VIN, or Rego of the vehicle you are referring to if it is a vehicle related issue
- A clear description of the issue you are having
- Screenshots or videos of the issue itself
- Any specific steps you've taken to get to the error
Once you've clicked "Send Request", the Support Team will respond to your ticket in due course.
Via the AutoGrab Help Centre
In the AutoGrab Help Centre, you can request Support in the top right of the page, where it says "Submit Ticket".
This will open a form which will allow you to lodge your ticket. First off, select what kind of request this is (e.g. General Support, Vehicle needs correcting, etc.) then fill in the form.
You will need to fill in all of the fields on the form, with as descriptive a description as possible. For a smooth customer experience, put as much of the following information into the feedback as you can. We'd recommend;
- The URL, VIN, or Rego of the vehicle you are referring to if it is a vehicle related issue
- A clear description of the issue you are having
- Screenshots or videos of the issue itself (can use the attachments field near the bottom)
- Any specific steps you've taken to get to the error
When you click submit at the bottom of the form, the Support Team will respond to your ticket in due course.
Email your account representative
When your issue is not related to the app or vehicle, or you would like to discuss it with your account representative (e.g. add users to the account), you can email them directly. They can then loop in the Support Team if required.
