Method 2: Create a Zendesk Ticket
Method 1: From Community
1. Select Submit a Feature Request. This will only appear if you have signed into your Zendesk account.
2. Select Feature Requests.
3. Select New Post.
4. Fill in the form, and ensure the Topic is set to Feature Requests.
5. Once complete, click Submit.
Method 2: Create a Zendesk Ticket
1. In the top-right of the AutoGrab Help Centre, select Submit a Ticket.
2. Select Feature Request Form from the dropdown menu.
3. Complete the various fields, then select Submit.
