Overview
This guide shows users how to track offers and customer counteroffers using our Last Offer & Asking negotiation tool. Users can save these details alongside pricing records and set expiration dates for offers. They can also receive prompts to re-evaluate pricing as needed, ensuring offers reflect current market conditions.

How to use the Last Offer & Asking Tool
Last Offer: The most recent offer you have made for a vehicle.
Asking: The most recent price the seller has requested.
1. Set your offer: In the Pricing Tool Panel, select Last Offer and enter a price.
2. After entering a number, the component will display an expiry duration (13 days by default). If you would like to change the date, select the component and modify the date. We recommend a 2-week period from the date of the offer.
3. Set the counter-offer: Select the Asking input and enter a price.
4. Select Save, and a toast notification should confirm a successful update. You will be notified when your offer expires.
5. To view the history of these offers, select the Timeline tab located next to Market Overlay tab. You can also leave notes and upload files to keep notes and files attached to the appraisal.
