Overview
Sourcing offers a default set of columns, providing a foundation for your dashboard. These columns can be customised to suit your specific needs. You can easily remove or add columns to tailor the dashboard to your requirements, making it more relevant and effective for your sourcing activities.
Default Columns
The following columns are displayed in the dashboard by default:
Year: The year of make.
Make: The manufacturer of the vehicle (e.g. Toyota).
Model: The model of the vehicle (e.g. RAV4).
Badge: The variant of the model (e.g. Cruiser).
Transmission: A (automatic) or M (manual).
Series: The specific generation or version of a model (e.g AXAH52R).
KMs or Miles (Depending on your location): The odometer reading for the vehicle.
Starting: The original sale price of the vehicle.
Latest: The current sale price of the vehicle, which may differentiate from the starting price depending on any price increases or drops.
Over trade: The difference between the latest price and its trade price, expressed as a percentage.
Trade Price: The recommended purchase price of the vehicle.
Retail Price: The recommended retail valuation of the vehicle.
S (Seller type): D (dealership) or P (private).
State, Region or County (Depending on your location): The location where the vehicle has been registered.
Age: The length of time a listing has been active.
Updated: The length of time since a listing has been modified.
From: The source of the listing. e.g. Gumtree, Facebook, etc.
Filter Columns
1. Select the Column Heading to open the column dropdown menu. Columns containing numeric values can be ordered by ascending or descending values.
2. Select Filter.
3. A popup modal will appear, allowing you to refine your filters precisely.
4. Select Show once filters are selected. The market overlay will display vehicles that match the filter.
Add Columns
Examples of columns that are not present by default: Status, seller name, fuel type, engine, rego, vin, price drops, and many more.
1. Select Columns in the top section of the page.
2. The Edit Columns popup modal will appear. Select the columns you wish to add.
Options may vary depending on your location.
3. Close the modal, and the columns will appear on the dashboard.
Hide Columns
Method 1:
1. Select the Columns button.
2. Deselect a column.
3. Close the modal. The dashboard should remove the deselected column.
Method 2:
1. Select the column heading in the dashboard.
2. Select Hide.
3. The column will be hidden from the dashboard.
